How It All Started
I'm Michael Morris, and I've been fixing RVs for over 15 years now. I grew up around recreational vehicles here in Florida. My dad had a Class C motorhome that we'd take on fishing trips up and down the coast, and I was always the one crawling underneath it when something went wrong. By the time I was a teenager, I could swap out a water pump, trace a short in a 12-volt system, and reseal a roof vent without thinking twice. That hands-on education stuck with me.
After working for a couple of RV dealerships and spending years learning the ins and outs of every major manufacturer's systems, I decided to go out on my own. I started Fellsmere RV Repair in 2011 because I saw a real gap in the local market. Most RV owners around here had two choices: drive their rig an hour to a big-city shop or wait weeks for a mobile tech who was overbooked. I figured there had to be a better way.
So I set up shop right here in Fellsmere, on N Willow St, and started taking calls. The idea was simple: show up on time, be honest about what's wrong, give a fair price, and do the work right the first time. Word spread quickly. Neighbors told friends. Campground owners started recommending us. Before long, I was covering the whole Treasure Coast.
Today, we've completed more than 3,200 RV repairs across Indian River and St. Lucie counties.
